TNNA Inspiration

You may have heard buzz about TNNA in the shop or elsewhere in the knitting universe - TNNA organizes tradeshows for those in the needle arts industry to provide education, networking, shopping and peeks of new products. The show plays host to a variety of people in the knitting industry varying from designers, to yarn companies, to shop owners and everything in between.

Last week, we packed our bags and headed to the summer show in Columbus, Ohio. We're back and exhausted, but so very inspired!

Photography is not allowed on the show floor, so here's a peek from outside:

Check out the Blue Sky Alpacas blog for photos of their gorgeous booth! We met Katie - you may have seen her posts on the Blue Sky and Spud & Chloe blogs.  She is wonderful and an example of why Firefly Fibers is part of the Blue Sky Alpacas family!

The vendors outdid themselves this year with their booths! There was inspiration every few feet from the independent dyers, designers and yarn companies.

So... What does this mean for you? This means you can expect fabulous new items and classes at Firefly Fibers in the upcoming months. We are expanding some of our current yarn lines, adding new yarn lines, and there will be some great new accessory items. Sorry, you'll have to wait until the goodies arrive to know exactly what's in store for you. Keep an eye on our blog, facebook and twitter for updates. What I can say is that we are really excited and it will be well worth the wait!

We had fun, learned a lot during our 4 days of classes, shopping and networking and we hope you love what is on the horizon as much as we do.

YOU are the reason why we drove from Wisconsin to Ohio for inspiration!

Happy Knitting!
